Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your needs and your budget.

CareCredit

CareCredit helps you pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses for you, your family, and even your pets! Once you are approved, you can use it to make payments overtime to help manage health, wellness and beauty costs not covered by insurance.

Annual Plan Pricing & Options

Individual Member Price: $344 per year* 

Dual Member Price: $653 per year**

Family Price: $988 per year***
Includes two adults and two children; $150 each additional child

Child Only Price: $249 per year

One-time emergency exam/x-rays $250 (cannot be a rolled into the $344 pricing for cleanings). 

This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It CANNOT be used:

• In conjunction with another dental plan
• For treatment which, in the sole opinion of the treating dentist or doctor, lies outside the realm of his or her capability
• For referrals to a specialist
• For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
• For costs of dental care that are covered under automobile medical claims

This plan is NOT insurance, nor is it to be construed or regarded as dental insurance. It is a discount plan administered by Cherry Hill Dental. Other restrictions apply. Call for details.

Plan Guidelines

• Family members eligible for discount plan include spouse and two dependent children under the age of 18.
• All discount plan membership fees are due and payable in full at the time of registration.
• Discount plan membership fees are non-refundable.
• All additional charges are due on the day of service.
• Discount plan duration is for one full year, starting on the registration date.
• Discount plan coverage expires at the end of the membership year.
